The Site is accessible free of charge from any location to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User in accessing the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at the User's expense.

Non-member Users do not have access to services reserved for members. All members must identify themselves using their login and password.

Synergie shall not be held liable for any force majeure event resulting in network or server malfunction.

Any use of the Site by the User resulting directly or indirectly in damage must be compensated for by the Site and/or Synergie.

Synergie may not be held liable for any prejudice arising from the transmission of any information, including the User's login and/or password, via the Site.

Synergie shall in no event, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be held liable for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial damages or losses of any nature whatsoever resulting from the unavailability of the Site or from any Use of the Site.

In general, the User agrees to comply with all regulations in force in Quebec and Canada.

The Site cannot guarantee the security and confidentiality of data transmitted. However, the Site undertakes to use all necessary means to guarantee data security and confidentiality to the best of its ability.

The Site cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable act of a third party.

Liability for minors

Duration

The duration of the present contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect with regard to the User from the time of use of the service.

The Site reserves the right to modify the clauses stipulated in the present contract at any time.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

The laws of Quebec (Canada) apply to this contract. In the event of failure to resolve a dispute between the parties amicably, the courts of Quebec shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

SALE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Products

The Site governs the sale of products made available to the User. The products include: natural cosmetics, aesthetic consultation services and products derived from cosmetics.

Products linked to the Site are those displayed on the Site at the time the User accesses it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions or images shown on the products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, Synergie is not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images accuracy is not guaranteed. You agree to purchase these products at your own risk.

Synergie is not responsible for improper use of its products by the User.

As the formulas are of natural origin, it is normal for the color and fragrance of the products to differ from one batch to another, but this does not alter the quality and effectiveness of the product.

Due to supply and container orders, the containers shown on the site may differ from those you receive.

All product prices are subject to change without notice.

Keep products out of reach of children.

Some products are not suitable for pregnant women. It is important to read the instructions on product boxes and on the Site.

Pre-testing

Synergie reminds you that "NATURAL" does not mean non-allergenic. It is important and strongly recommended that any User with sensitive or reactive skin carry out a skin tolerance test before using the products.

PROCEDURE: apply a small amount of product to the inside of the elbow and cover with an adhesive bandage. If you have no reaction after 24 hours, you can apply your product.

Note: some redness is not necessarily a sign of negative reaction or intolerance to a product. Be sure to read the instructions for use on the jars. It is not advisable to use natural and conventional cosmetics at the same time.

Payments

The following methods of payment are accepted on the Site: Credit card or installment system.

When the User provides his/her payment details, he/she confirms that he/she has authorized the use of and access to the chosen payment instrument. By providing his/her payment details, the User confirms that he/she authorizes Synergie to bill the amount due to this payment instrument.

All orders are placed in Canadian dollars.

Payment processor

Synergie uses Shopify's payment processor.  Synergie uses third-party payment processors (individually referred to as "Payment Processor") to send invoices via a payment account linked to the User's account. Payment processing is governed by the Payment Processor's privacy policies and terms and conditions, in addition to this Agreement.

Refund or exchange

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of the product, no exchange or refund is possible. It is the User's responsibility to be sure and certain that he/she wants to purchase the product.

Transport and delivery

When the User makes a purchase on the site, he agrees and acknowledges to provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. Synergie reserves the right to modify, reject or cancel an order whenever necessary. If an order is cancelled and payment has already been processed, a refund equivalent to the amount paid will be issued to the User. It is the User's responsibility to monitor his or her payment instrument.

Although we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, and no compensation is offered to users for delivery delays.

To use certain Services, you must first create an account and password ("Account"). You agree to provide us with accurate, complete and current Account information at all times. We may need to use this information to contact you.

Protecting your personal information
