Synergie Phytocosmétique had been the best-kept secret since 2008. Now my daughters, with their energy and passion for cosmetics, are contributing to the brand’s refresh and pushing Synergie to the next generation.

It would be hard to find words strong enough to explain the pride and love I felt when Katia and Justine expressed their desire to join me.

My daughters help cultivate what makes our company unique. The skills and expertise of each of us enable Synergie to do everything in-house, which is a distinct advantage in our business.

DOMINIQUE LARAMÉE

As a child, I remember the pleasure of harvesting flowers in the fields, shelling plantain stalks to make soups for my dolls - plants are ingrained in me. From the age of 35, I became passionately interested in cosmetic creams and perfumes. Jars of creams costing up to $300 ended up as body creams because I couldn't see the difference on my skin, until training in herbalism and aromatherapy led me to make natural cosmetics. But it had to be uncompromising: BEAUTIFUL because I come from an artistic background and that's a priority for me, EFFECTIVE because I wanted to delay my skin's aging without compromising my health, NATURAL because nature has everything to offer in its nobility, TECHNOLOGICAL because science is precise, which is also an advantage. This passion has led me to carry out training courses in Europe's natural cosmetics industry.

I'm a creator at heart! Driven by my passion for plants from all over the world and their exceptional powers, but also to pay tribute to beauty, I've been creating natural skincare products for face and body since 2005. Whether using traditional ingredients or those derived from biotechnology, I believe in the virtues of plants, which are the future of green cosmetics, as well as offering undeniable biocompatibility with the skin!

The truth - when it comes to cosmetics, it's essential! We still see far too many false promises and the use of ingredients that are harmful to health.

The eldest, sociable and incredibly pleasant with everyone. She's the lawyer and businesswoman. Hard-working, ambitious, a go-getter and organized. She always has a solution to any problem. Her contribution to Synergie is based on loyalty and sustainability. For her, it's essential to ensure that our customers adopt our products for a long time. Because they deliver exceptional results, but also because the buying experience should be luxurious every time. To achieve this, Katia is not alone. Along with her team, she ensures that pre- and post-purchase service is pleasant and refined, and that the company operates as a symbiotic whole.

Loyalty - it's more than just a principle. In my opinion, it's what enables a company to create a strong, lasting bond with its customers.

Surprising, original, creative and independent. She's always on top of the latest market trends. Justine is responsible for Synergie's branding and image. Founder of a creative agency, Justine is well advised about online marketing strategies and works to demonstrate that you can sell a product without manipulating the consumer. Also, she ensures that our decisions take into account the environment in an ethical and responsible way. With a degree in environmental science, this aspect is particularly important to her.

Commitment - too often we talk about authenticity! With Synergie, we go even further: I make sure we turn our words into concrete actions. From our promise of quality to our eco-responsible standards.

Creator of the visual universe (website, products, design) and ecoresponsible development, website management, brand image, cosmetic and web trends, and special projects.

Gigi and Stou, Katia and Justine's faithful four-legged companions, are an integral part of the company. Sometimes a source of inspiration, sometimes a source of comfort, their contribution is undeniable.
